SR300 Install

Hi all,

My system is up to spec as you can see from this photo:

But I keep getting this error even though the camera is plugged into the USB 3.1 port of the machine. (The other 2 USB 3.0 ports are not working either.)

I've searched the forum, the only advise I've found is "try different ports" or "your processor isn't at least 4th gen". I've tried both of those. Any ideas?

Can you provide me the following info please: 

-MotherBoard version (and Manufacturer name).
-DCM (Driver) version.
