SR300 wont start via Windows Hello

When I turn on my laptop to test, it keeps saying turning on camera but nothing happens and when I do a test, it gives me this error:

Error code: 0xA00F4271(0xC00D3704)

When I do a search, nothing shows up with that code.  I'm at a lost. I even tried to uninstall the drivers from Device Manager and plugged it back in to see if it fixes it.

I received the same error the last couple days when trying to run the Camera app in Windows 10 on my Asus Vivobook

It seems something in the last Windows Update did something.  So far, I have uninstalled the drivers from Device Manager, unplugged and re-plugged yet the issue still exist.

I'm using it on my Windows 10 MSI gaming laptop but the cord is too short for me to use on my desktop PC.
