Serial Number Already Registered

Hello,

While attempting to download the C++ Compiler for Windows I received the following message:

Our records indicate that the serial number you provided has already been registered. Please check your records and try again. If you feel you have received this message in error, Click Here.

I have a valid license for the Intel C++ Compiler for Windows however it has been some time since the last time I have installed and utilized the product. I am now trying to download the latest version and get going once again.The license I have is valid and was purchased under an Enterprise License agreement. I can provide the Serial Number I was granted as needed. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
