Setting environment variables while using studio

Is there any way to set readily set or unset an environment variable used by my application within Visual Studio?
The only way I know of is to initiate an instance of studio from the command prompt after setting the variables.

Not that I know of. Of course, your application can set the variables itself using SETENVQQ.
