Speech Recognition In web application.

I want to use speech recognition functionary in web from a audio file. But the i am unable to do so as OnRecongnition handler is not firing in web page or services. The handler fires in development environment but dose not file when deployed on IIS.

Has any one idea about how to do speech recognition in web using intel real sense.
