Static IPP libraries

How can I download the IPP static libraries? There is a text file in Intel\\Parallel Studio\\Composer\\ipp\\ia32\\lib calledipp_static_libraries.txt
That file contains instructions to go tohttp://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/intel-ipp-static-libraries/to download the libraries, but when I go to that URL it says that I do not have access to the three packages (including the IPP static libraries) listed on that site.
We have paid for several Parallel Studio licenses.
How do we get the software that was not installed by the Parallel Studio installer?

The instructions on this page:

http://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/intel-ipp-static-libraries/

should work for both Parallel Studio 2009 and 2011. Some of the details differ from what is shown in the screen shots, but the download files are organized similarly between the two products.

Essentially:

- go to: https://registrationcenter.intel.com/(the download center)

- log in and choose "my products" -- make sure you're logged into the site with the email address that you used to register the product

- find your Parallel Studio product in the list of available products

- within that product find the Parallel Composer product

- the IPP static files will be listed under the list of downloads in the composer files with names similar to those described in the article above
