Student Product Request

Hello,

I submitted the student product request for Intel® Parallel Studio XE Cluster Edition for Windows since 12 July 2016, but any contact by Intel or an authorized reseller. are not sent to me. I would like to know that how long does it take to get the response from the submission?

by using the academic institution email.

This issue has been resolved. If you have a similar issue, do not add it to this thread but start a new one.

System might experience transient issues some times, suggest users having similar issues to make more attempts in case the system will get recovered later.
