We have ordered for Intel Realsense camera and are setting up the environment for it. I read in the support document that the SDK will work only with "4th generation Intel® Core™ processors based on the Intel microarchitecture code name Haswell" . Just wanted to know which are all the Intel processors which comes under this category. Please help. Also, does it work on Windows 7?

It is 4th generation and newer. 4th generation was the Haswell chip architecture, whilst 5th generation is Broadwell and the latest 6th generation is Skylake. You can get processor lists by going to Wikipedia and searching for 'haswell microarchitecture', 'broadwell microarchitecture' or 'skylake microarchitecture.'
The recommended minimum OS is Windows 8.1. RealSense works brilliantly on the latest Windows 10 though. If you have Windows 7 then you can upgrade to Windows 10 for free. Some of the very basic RGB video and audio-based functions of the camera (and also raw data streams) may be persuaded to work on Windows 7, but the camera will effectively be treated as an ordinary PC webcam. If you want to use the advanced features like hand / face tracking then you need Win 8.1 minimum.
