Time of build files

It is not a big trouble, but, sometimes it can be a confusion...

The zip file of a build has a time, but the content (ARM and x86 apks) have another time, almost 3 hours more. See the image:

In my last building (Crosswalk Android): 

ZIP> 16:25

APKs> 19:19 (both)

Thanks for pointing that out.  My guess is there's some timezone confusion.  I'll raise the issue with the appropriate people and see if we can get that fixed.
