Transfer licence from one account to another

Hi,

I have a user who wants to upgrade Intel Fortran V 10.1 to Intel® Fortran Composer XE 2011 Update 6 (Linux) they have they have provided a serial number but I can't seem to find out if we can upgrade it.

I have tried to register the serial on my account but I am unable to link it to my account as it is already registered

Are you able to tell me who's account it is registered to as my user tells me they can't log in as they don't have an account.

I can then either contact the owner of the account or if possible get it transferred.
