Thanks and Best Regards

Dear Alvaro,

Evaluation licenses shall be installed without serial number and license file. There is a specifc activation option during product Installation. If you decided to purchase the product after or towards the end of eval expiration you can use the Intel(R) Software Manager and use the product Serial number to activate your permanent license. No product re-instalaltion is required in this case.

If you need more help, let me know.

Regards, Hubert.

Dear Hubert,

Thank you for your answer. As I mentioned in another post I had a bit of trouble installing! Since I couldn't go thorugh the typical installation process, I don't have any *lic file in my /opt/intel directory and I don't know how to get one now.

MrAnderson's comment stated that I "should have received an email, at the email address you registered with, including your serial number *and* a license file". I never did, that's why I am writing here. Could you please help me or let me know who can do it?

Regards,

Alvaro

Alvaro,

The process has changed. With eval licenses users no longer get a serial number and a license file since users shall install 30-day evals in "eval mode". Anyway, I've sent your the license file via the Intel(R) Registration Center and you can restart your installer and choose 'Alternative activation .... Use license file'.

If you still have questions/problems, don't hesitate to follow up.

Hubert.
