Unable to activate Visual Fortran Compiler Professional Edition v11.1

Hello - I have 3 copies of Visual Fortran Compiler Professional Edition v11.1 for Windows. When trying to activate I'm receiving the following message: "Install program was not allowed to activate this serial number. For your support options, go to www. intel.com/software/products/support/"

How do I resolve his issue?
