Unable to login App Preview v2.3.2

Hi,

I just downloaded and installed the app preview in latest release from Google Play.

There is a perpetual problem. It asks for UserId and Password.

If I give me userid - it says there is no @ in it. If I try giving my email instead, it says username and pwd combo does not exist.

I am easily able to login every where else on intel sites using id (not email) and password.

I have read the forums and taken following steps:

1) Reinstalled Intel Xdk on com.

2) Reinstalled app preview on phone.

3) All possible combo's of login, logout, logged out everywhere and login in App Preview.

All without success,

Please assist.

Hi Paul,

Thank you for the reply.

I went to the suggested post and it seem to deal with the password. Asking me to enter a short password.

I had a password that was long. I made it exactly 8 characters and it worked. This may help someone else as well.
