While Intel is not claiming support for Unity 5 since it's not part of the test suite for the SDK yet, it does work for many developers. What you need to do is use the 64 bit DLLs (including the .signature files to get the plugin that's signed to use with Unity Personal). You'll find the 64bit DLLs ( libpxccpp2c.dll and libpxccpp2c.dll.signtaure) at \RSSDK\bin\64bit.

I have created a new unity 5 project on Windows 10 and its working as expected. I was able to play with all the gesture including emotion and voice recognition.
