For the moment I'm trying to license vtunes using a key that was bought a few years ago. I get to
a page which seems to indicate my address does not have the correct domain (unless I am
misunderstanding the error or something else is wrong). The domain name of the company has changed a couple of times in the last
few years, but I get the same error even when using an email address coming from the older domains.
The error is:
Sorry, you can not renew this serial number from the serial number you entered because this serial number is not registered to your company. Please check that the serial number you entered is correct and contact Technical Support if you need assistance.
