I guess the usual way to upgrade to a newer version is to uninstall the older version, then to install the newer version.
I guess this manual approach with 'uninstall.sh/install.sh' is not optimal when upgrading from one minor release to another.
On Linux machines, AFAIK, there's no script that handles upgrades automatically.
Could you please provide more explicit documentation or scripts for Linux machines?

`uninstall.sh` keeps the 'ism' folder.
Do I have to uninstall it separately before upgrade?

Hi, olzhas
The uninstall is not always needed. If you install the newer version it will co-exist with the older version product, at least for the compiler.
Actually you don't need to care about the uninstall when upgrade. For some components that cannot co-exist, the installer of newer version will replace the older one automatically, like the ism.
Hope this helps.
Thanks.

Hi, Olzhas
No, there's no documentation on detail instructions of how to install and uninstall, or upgrade, except for the simple command install.sh or uninstall.sh.
Thanks
