Usb3 doesn't recognize Intel RealSense R200

Hello,

I have 5 R200 sensors and some of them have serious problems in order to be detected by USB3 port. I tried them in different  Windows 10 computers but the problem always appears.

Sometimes, if I unplug the device and plug it again, it works, but it's not a good solution.

Please, could you help me...?
