VF crashes when missing DF60.PDB

I have a project that links with a library for which I
have nothing but the binary library file. When I debug,
VF asks for the path of file DF60.PDB for the library.
When I answer "cancel", I expect being able to continue
debugging. But VF crashes with error 'The instruction at
"0x022dc48b" referenced memory at "0x00000002". The
memory could not be "read".'
