We have Intel Cluster Studio for Linux with it's Premier Support services and product updates extended until October 2016 …
After some new installation of whole package it looks like Vtune application doesn't work with our licence :
„Licence check failed
Intel VTune Amplifier XE 2013 cannot find valid license. Data cannot be displayed.
Error 0x4000001f (No valid license) -- The license is unavailable.”
What can I do to fix that?
Kind Regards

Please have a look at this article https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/floating-licenses-and-software-license-manager-compatibility
Does this help?

It doesn't solve our problem. Compilators are working but VTune application not. The licencing started in 2011 extended until October 2016.
How can I check if VTune from 2013 package is handled proprly with our licence?

Przemek,
I need your input since I'm not seeing any registration under your name. So I don't know which license you are talking about.
Please provide also a debug log from your login where you run VTune:
% export INTEL_LMD_DEBUG=/tmp/AXE_log.txt
% amplxe-cl -V
or start the VTune Amplifier XE GUI (not required to load a results file).
Please answer via "Send Author A Message" to protect confidential data and attach the log file. Thanks.
Regards, Hubert.

Przemek,
Thanks for providing license information and your debug log which explains the issue. Your license is an Intel® Cluster Studio for Linux* license that does NOT contain the Intel® VTune™ Amplifier XE product. The right product would be the Intel® Cluster Studio XE for Linux* which includes the VTune Amplifier XE.
Actually we are offering a free Cluster Studio to Cluster Studio XE upgrade if you order a Cluster Studio XE support renewal. You pay the price for a standard Cluster Studio XE support renewal which includes a FREE upgrade to the Cluster Studio XE.
Sounds good? If yes, let me know and I'll get you in touch with the right contact to get this service renewal with the free product upgrade.
Regards, Hubert.
