Hello,
thanks for releasing the new version. I installed it this morning, so I was able to do just few tests. It looks like the plugin issue reported for version 1878 (https://software.intel.com/en-us/comment/1820318) was fixed. Unfortunately, issue with missing index.html when running emulator is still there (https://software.intel.com/en-us/forums/topic/549523). Reproduction is easy:
1) I open XDK with my project
2) I click Emulate tab => the app runs OK
3) I click Reload App icon => after 1-3 reloads some pictures are missing on my app pages (just "broken image" icon is displayed)
4) When missing pictures appear, next click on Reload App causes "Missing index.html" 404 error
I experience the same behaviour when I edit my code and re-enter the emulator instead of pressing Reload App icon.
By the way, build done using this new version is double sized in comparison with version 1816.

I got some messages like this too. In these cases, I changed the file selected and try again. Normally solve.

Hi
All seems OK re the plugins, haven't tried the Reload APP issue, but in terms of App size once compiled I am not seeing any major changes in app size between versions.

Hi,
and still I have 404 error. Restarting XDK works for me.
Nick - the size is probably related to the 3rd party plugins. Size of my build was 2.6M with version 1826 (today morning) and now it's 4.8M with version 1912. I remember, it was even 6.4M with version 1878. But don't worry about this, I just mentioned it because somebody could be interested in it.

@Marek: I just go to Develop, change selected file in the list on left and go back to Emulate and reload. For me, it works.

Can someone zip up and attach a project so I can reproduce this with? So far I have not seen it, and I have pressed the reload button 10+ times in the emulator.

I was able to reproduce the issue. Fwd'ing it on to the developers.
Is this for all of your projects, or just this one?
Was this an issue with previous versions of the XDK or did it just appear in 1912?

Great news, thanks.
I have only 2 projects available for XDK at the moment. The second one is quite basic and it looks OK. I haven't experienced the issue with version 1826 and before. I have experienced this with version 1878 and 1912. When I downgrade to version 1826 now, everything works fine.

I am still seeing this 404 type error in the emulator with build 1995. Is the info John H gave the developers on 4/15/15 been translated to a fix in build 1995 already? If so, there might be another scenario still not working.

If you are having the issue, can zip up and attach a simplified version of your project so I can try to replicate this?

Hamilton - what do you mean by "the file selected"? I tried:
1) Go to Develop, change selected file in the list on left and go back to Emulate
2) Change project
3) Change device in emulator between Google Nexus 7 and Samsung Galaxy Tab
