When x86 Android apps can be distributed via Intel AppUp?

Question is simple:

Is Intel planning to distribute android apps via Intel AppUp? If yes, when it will be available for developers?

Intel AppUp is a great program  for developers around the world, if some tool of these is avaliable for a utility for distribute android apps, It will be excellent.
