Will X3100 output 1080/24p?

I'm looking at a motherboard that uses the GM965 chipset, GMA X3100 graphics and my last hurdle is finding out if this chipset will support 24Hz output, at 1920x1080 for playing back hi-def blu-ray movies. If so, is this feature easily enabled with the drivers? Or is there a more complicated way of doing it?

The X3100 is physically capable of 24p, but since the 15.8 drivers it has not been an available resolution without using PowerStrip.
