Win 32 errors and 64 errors with Parallel Studio and Fortran Composer

I have a customer who reports the following:

I just check all trial versions of "Intel Visual Fortran Composer XE 2011 for windows" and "Intel Parallel Studio XE 2011for windows" on my laptop and one desktop computer. Both has the same errors (see the attached screen shot file)when I only use intel 64. However, when I use ia32 orwhole package, it works.

My Dell laptop processor (windows 7): Intel core 2 Duo CPU T9600 @2.8Ghz.

My Dell desktop processor (windows 7): Intel core i5-2500 CPU@3.3Ghz

I list all my downloaded trial names, andalso list if it works.

1) Trials for "Intel Parallel Studio XE 2011for windows"

a. Parallel_studio_xe_2011_update2_intel64_setup (not working)

b. parallel_studio_xe_2011_update2_setup (working)

2) Trials for "Intel Visual Fortran Composer XE 2011 for windows".

a. w_fcompxe_ia32_2011.5.221 (working)

b. w_fcompxe_intel64_2011.5.221 (not working)

c. w_fcompxe_novsshell_2011.0.104 (working)

d. w_fcompxe_novsshell_2011.5.221 (working)

Please choose the appropriate intel packages for me. Please at least meet the followingrequirements are: 1) Fortran 2) Both serial and Parallel (MPI) programming. Many thanks.

Can you tell me what might be the problem? I have included below a screen shot of one of the errors.

The error clearly say that 32-bit compiler is not installed. There are versions for 64-bit only, 32-bit-only and both 64 and 32-bit development. So the customer should use 32-bit or 32 and 64 bit. Products with "intel64" in their names are 64-bit only, they are not applicable for 32-bit compilation. Others can be used.
