We have floating compiler licenses for Linux, Mac OS X, and Windows. We run the Windows FLEXlm License Manager (V11.6.1.0) using a merged license file. We have no trouble checking ou tlicenses from Linux and Mac OS X. From Windows, license checkouts fail. lmstat -a shows problems with the Windows licenses. For example,
