XDK code ignoring Network status

I'm trying to test the connection state in the emulator tab, but it doesn't matter what I set the connection type to, in XDK, it always comes back as Ethernet.

OK, have to refresh emulator app each time you change the setting.

That's a very crude simulation of that feature. I recommend you use the Debug tab with a real device and test your code on a real device.

Yes, Nick is describing debugging with the Emulate tab.
