XDK keeps asking for source of Cordova SQLLite plugin

Every time I start XDK and open a project containing the Cordova SQLLite plugin I am asked to chose the source either directory or project file. Can't see a away to stop it.

The feed used by XDK that has version/ID information for plugins has reference to the plugin from old registry, so everytime you load a project it is trying to match with the feed. The feeds are going to be updated soon, till then please choose "directory" option.
