XDK login problems

I have loaded XDK and can not get past initialization to sign in or create new login...I am running Windows 7. What am I missing ?

You need Intel account. At login prompt on Intel XDK enter username (e-Mail) and password you set for Intel account. You need active internet connection to login into Intel XDK.

After you launch Intel XDK, you will see a dialog box that says Please log into Intel® XDK.

​Below the password textbox, you will find a label that says > Need to sign up for an account?

Click on the label and you will be able to sign up for an Intel® XDK account.

Make sure that you enter the e-mail when Intel® XDK asks you for the user name.
