HI,
sometimes I do not have the internet and I get these disturbing pop up asking me to login. Is there an offline mode for XDK? If not maybe there should be a button.
Thanks.

I am painfully aware of that annoying behavior. We have multiple bugs filed to "tame" the offline behavior of the XDK. With each release it has gotten better, but there is still work to be done. Please bear with us as we improve this aspect of the XDK.

Thanks for you reply. Now i know that there is not a setting and that you are aware of the issue. The XDK has improved a lot and I am thankful for that.

@thomas -- which version of the XDK are you using? I am told this was fixed in our most recent release (2170, earlier this week).

Hi Paul,
I installed 2170 before yesterday. So is it a setting like a check box or just turned off?

Another things,
is there any integrated svn or git? Any plans for this? I code alone to I just copy backups but it would be more productive to have an automated subversion or git.
When I search in files is it some way to exclude css, svg etc? This would be a nice function.
It would also be nice with a copy in the drop down menu in developer tools. It works with ctrl-c so it is not important.
Are there any plans for support to build on firefox, ubuntu, sailfish or blackberry?
I really like that you included JSLint and Lint. Helps me a lot. Good work.

Regarding the "nag" screen, there is no setting, it is just supposed to be less aggressive in this newer version. I haven't had time to test it, myself, so I'm not sure what the behavior is right now.
Regarding GIT and SVN, you can do this from the command-line directly in your project. I would advise including the <project-name>.xdk file and any intelxdk.config.additions.xml file you might have in your project, in addition to the entire contents of your "source directory" (usually www inside the project). If you look at the blank Corodova template you will see a .gitignore file that should work for most projects.
If you have git installed in your system, there is a GIT plugin for the built-in Brackets editor on the Develop tab. Just go to the "File > Extension Manager..." menu within the Brackets editor. It works quite well (takes a little time to figure out and configure). One trick is to make sure you configure a shortcut key in that extensions configuration settings ("File > Git Settings..." after you've installed the extension) or you'll never be able to bring up the Git control panel. The current implementation of Brackets inside of the XDK masks the little icon bar that would normally be there.
You'll also find some additional hint and lint tools that are very handy for using inside that editor. I do most of my editing in Sublime, but I use the hint/lint tools inside of the Brackets editor to find syntax and other errors before I start debugging.
Regarding the other build targets, I'm not able to comment on product roadmaps, so I can't really say what is in store for the future right now.
