XDK not starting up

Hi,

I have downloaded and installed Intel XDK , but whenever I am starting the application it only shows Initializing screen, nothing else comes up even after 1 hour.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but same issue. Kindly guide.

What is the OS of the computer you have the XDK installed on?

Have you tried restarting your computer?

What type of computer are you installing the XDK on? OS? Specs? Screenshot of the issue? Log if there is one available?
