Your license is not current enough

I can no longer run ifort Windows, although the license just expired this week, and the installation was OK until now.

This is not a case of attempting to run a version issued subsequent to license expiration.

I was hoping that I would be permitted to continue using software tools in view of Black Belt status.

The retroactive license expiration seems to apply only to a windows 7 installation/  I can live with it if windows 8.1 usage remains available, but would certainly prefer to have updates available.
