cannot register serial number for 9.0 suite

I am trying to register our older 9.0 compiler suite so that I can grab any of the older 9.1/etc updates we were entitled to at that time.

However the registration page likes neither SN from my .lic files for fortran and C. "Bad Data - Serial Number Required" I only recently took over the cluster in question and sadly no one seems to know who received the original emailing of the serial #. The compilers in question do still work, but we have an old bug we've found that was supposedly fixed in 9.1.
