Simple question:
I just installed ver. 6.6. I incorporated previous code written using MS powerstation. I am (now) unable to open a child window- I receive the error:

forrtl:severe(9): permission to access file denied, unit 1, file USER

section E-2 states that I need to add a complier option. Which?
