cilkscreen doesn't like recent kernels

Cilkscreen doesn't work on Fedora 22.  I suspect that the Pin tool doesn't like the 4.2 kernel.

$ ~/cilkscreen/cilktools-linux-004225/bin/cilkscreen -- /usr/bin/cat
E:4.2 is not a supported linux release
$ uname -a
Linux ... 4.2.3-200.fc22.x86_64 #1 SMP Thu Oct 8 03:23:55 UTC 2015 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

It seems that Pin tool is not working well with kernel 4.x as you indicated.

I found that the latest Pin version (71313) is also complaining about this, so there is not much we can do until a new version becomes available.
