delay in account verification - can't download Fortran update

Message comes up that account verification is delayed and wait one hour. Have waited several hours and still same. Trying to download Fortran 2016 update.

We are experiencing some issues this morning with the Intel Registration Center. Can you elaborate more about your issue. Where and when do you get that message?
