Intel Cilk++ is available free as unsupported software. It's available from http://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/download-intel-cilk-sdk/.

Intel Cilk Plus issupported as part of the Intel C/C++ compiler, which is available as:

Intel Cilk Plus is also being implemented in the "cilkplus" branch of gcc.
