I'm looking for help on how to acquire the necessary project artifacts to be able to create a complete android hybrid app using the new Cordova 5.1 CLI format and the new Galaxy s 5 and 6 devices.

I'm also looking for help on integrating the new Ionic/Angular UI platform.

Regarding Angular, search for "Cordova PhoneGap Angular" to find recommendations on the web for how to integrate Angular into your app. Regarding the S5/6 -- the Emulate tab is a simple viewport simulator, it is not a device emulator. For best results use the Debug tab with your Galaxy S5 and S6. Always build with Crosswalk for the most consistent results across all Android devices.
