Your questions are very technicaly advanced. I suggest you to buy some books about the digital design which are oriented toward CPU design and read those books.

iliyapolak makes a good point. My favorite architecture book is Hennessy and Patterson (and of course there is the more basic introduction Patterson and Hennessy - Hennessy first is the upper/graduate level book, Patterson first is the undergraduate level book.) Others will have their own favorites.

Specific to Intel architecture is https://www-ssl.intel.com/content/www/us/en/processors/architectures-software-developer-manuals.html.

Unfortunately I do not plan to sell that book. It constains valuable albeit bit outdated information. You can buy any book about digital design where you will be able to find the answers for your questions.
