ifort: error #10052: could not checkout FLEXlm license

Hi ,

I have intel fortran v11.1 compiler in two Linux-based computers which I have been using for few years. But when I tried to use it today to compile a code I get the error:

However, there is a .lic file in /intel/licenses on both computers.

I really appreciate your help in fixing this problem.

The fix for this problem was to reboot the license server, and restart the license host server process. If you have a similar issue, please create a new thread.
