ifort license, older version

I have a licensing problem which I know is my own fault, but I thought I would post here to see if anything can be done about it. Two years ago, I applied for a non-commercial license for Intel Parallel Studio XE 2013 Update1. I received the serial number and downloaded the software, but I got busy with other things and never got around to installing it. Recently, I found the time to work on porting my FORTRAN code to Ubuntu Linux, so I tried installing it only to find that the serial number wasn't enough. I also needed a license file. When I tried to get one, however, it said that my license has expired and wouldn't give me the required file. Now I am stuck. I have about a hundred thousand lines of FORTRAN code that I can't compile.

This is very old code. It was originally written for a Modcomp mini computer running the MAXIV operating system where it resided on punch cards.  Then it was ported to a VAX mini computer running VMS. Then to a PC running MS-DOS using Microsoft FORTRAN 4.0. (I still remember walking around with both the FORTRAN compiler the assembler MASM on a single floppy disk in my shirt pocket). It eventually got ported to Windows using first Microsoft Visual Fortran and then Compaq Visual Fortran. When Intel purchased the compiler from Compaq and ported it to Linux. I ported it to Debian Linux using ifort. The code contains many Microsoft and VMS extensions and will not compile using gfortran.

I am retired now and no longer have access to ifort at the university where I worked.  I am also living on a fixed income and cannot afford $1000 to purchase a license to use ifort. Is there any way that I can get the expired license file for the version that I have so that I can get it running? I can provide my serial number(s) upon request. I actually have two of them as the first time I applied, I didn't receive an e-mail for several days and so I reapplied. A few days later I received two e-mails with two different serial numbers.

  Thank You,
