install of parallel studio tools

Hi,

I have a few different Intel license SerialNumbers which I am the Owner of, but when trying to install tools I am unable to install parallel studio tools.  I am only able to install vtune amplifier. 

What licenses are required to install Parallel Studio Tools? 

I can share my SerialNumbers if you need to support further.
