invalid serial number "Intel Composer Edition 2015 C++ & Fortran"

Hi,

i have an issue with my licensing. i have have bought a license for " Intel® Parallel Studio XE Composer Edition for Fortran and C++ Windows" but i cannot activate it.

here is what happend:

i have got an evaluation product and installed intel parallel studio 2015 with evaluation serial number.

then, i have bought a new serial number.

i have the same intel parallel studio 2015 installed on my laptop, but cannot use the new serial number to activate it. the error is "invalid serial number".

P.S.: i have already mentioned this in other thread, the corresponding person locked the topic before i could manage to clarify for him/her that i have a new serial number. so still i have the same issue.

Thank you for the additional information. I have resend the registration email for your new SN, please use the link in the registration email to install the correct package for your SN. Please let me know if you were able to install and activate your product.
