looking for (hw-) debugging solution for PII

Hi, I'm looking for an idea for this Problem:

  • Pentium2 CPU running under windows 2K on a standart mainboard
  • the software drives many serial an can bus interfaces
  • the software works well for 5 or 10 hours
  • I get a bluescreen/reboot of the computer
  • all logging Files of the software don't show a faulty situation
  • It's not a hardware problem. I got the same problem with "new" hardware from my stock

I need an idea, howto locate the bug in the driver or software. Can anyone help?
