lost update access (Windows)

According to ISM, my psxe cluster tools licenses remain valid for both Windows and linux, but I have no access to the Windows products list, other than some updates covered by expired licenses.  The linux updates and product list are still active.

Now the new Windows products list shows up, but I am still blocked from access, saying that only expired licenses are available.

Now the registrationcenter and ISM servers aren't responding.

Now that registrationcenter is back, it appears to be sufficient to re-enter the serial number there to start download.
