ntel® Parallel Studio XE 2015 Composer Edition for MAC skipping activation

Intel® Parallel Studio XE 2015 Composer Edition for MAC is skipping the activation during the install process.

OS X 10.12 is the operating system, while on other MAC's the install run exactly as it should. Why is the activation being skipped during the install?

Any help would be great

Hello Dennis,

Does the MAC have installed the Intel Parallel Studio before? If you have installed before, could you please uninstall and remove all related files and install again? And if you complete the installation on that MAC, what kind of license type does it show? Thanks.

Licensing is server based port@server.   As far as i know there was no pervious install on the system.  

is there a specific way to remove all files from the system.?
