problem with registring my licence

I am writing fortran programs on Win7, and I am stuck with ISF 11.0 which does not give me an erreortraceback.

I bought IVF 11.1, but as I told you I cannot load it.

Please give me a solution to load IVF 11.1

This issue was resolved privately. A renewal license was applied to the incorrect expired license. Applying the renewal to the correct license fixed the issue.
