registration failed for unknown reason

I downloaded linux intel cluster 2013 sp1 but when i try to put the serial number i found this error message: registration failed for unknown reason ,

please can you help me??

Hi,

I found that you have two S/Ns without activation.

You have to activate those system-locked S/Ns before using them.

Here's how to activate a system-locked license: LINK.

Have you tried installing 2013 with your S/N 2Jxx-xxxxx5J7?
