renew registration

Hi,

When I am trying to download intel fortran, I am getting the message:

Your registration for the Intel® Parallel Studio XE Professional Edition for Fortran and C++ Linux* has been approved. You will receive an email with download instructions for future reference.
Your license expired on 8/10/2016.
which is correct. What I don't understand, if I have to re-registrar, or, as it says, I will receive an email.
Kindly clarify.
