The FAQ at http://www.intel.com/design/support/faq/embed_proces/pentium4.htmstates the following:
2 GHz processors are based on the older .18u process technology. 2A GHz processors are based on the new .13u process technology. Currently the Pentium 4 2A GHz processor is supported for embedded designs.
I hope this helps. For more hardware design documentation, please visit Intel's Developer Web Site at: http://developer.intel.com
