[solved] "Package signature verification failed" warning on installation

Hello,

I try to install Intel XDK 2727 on Windows 7 x64 SP1 but failed due to "Package signature verification failed" error.

I've downloaded the package 3x and try to install it but still no joy.

I think the issue come from the invalid digital signature/certificate but how to fix it?

I've found the solution!

For those who has a problem like me, you need to start a "Certificate Propagation" services from Control Panel.

Start->search for "services.msc"->find service called "Certificate Propagation"->start the service.

Hi Mike,

Yes, this error come from the invalid digital signature/certificate. It's caused if the system doesn't have root certificate.  Mike's solution is right. Additionaly, certificates can be installed automatically with Windows update

We do not support Windows Vista. Intel XDK can be used on Windows 7+, Ubuntu Linux, or Mac OS X.
