I have been using the camera without any problems since it was released. After upgrading Windows 10_1067 the latest build the camera does not turn on or work at all. I restarted the PC, unplugged the USB, looked for updated drivers all with no results. I am running RealSence SR300 Depth Driver 3.1.25.2599 along with SR300 RGB Driver 10.0.14393.0. The last Intel Camera Driver Install was SR300_3.1.25.2599.exe
Please help me to find a solution to get the camera working with Hello again.

I have encounter the same issue.
After upgrading to Windows 10 1607 , I am unable to run all the samples binary (win32) that come with the SDK.
However I can run the x64 version of the samples binary.
After debugging the code using Visual Studio I found out that session->CreateSenseManager()
always return NULL on win32 version.
SDK version 10.0.26.0396
DCM version 3.1.25.2599
Any solutions for this issue?
Thanks,
Hendrik

I have the same issue with an R200 Camera. I haven't solve the problem and I did not get any answer.
The only solution I have been able to do it is to compile all my applications for x64.
Posted here : https://software.intel.com/en-us/node/638307#
A better solution would be appreciated.
Thanks
Yohann

I have the same issue, can't install the drivers from https://downloadmirror.intel.com/25044/eng/intel_rs_dcm_sr300_3.2.26.6137.exe however, the camera is accessible through Skype & Co - but not from Windows Hello nor the SDK itself.
I tried it with a clean install, situation is the same. USB Port doesn't make a difference nor something else helped so far.

It appears that the DCM version 3.2 is not compatible with the AU of Windows 10. I was told that version 3.3 should be released in one or two weeks.
